In order to optimize further development and consolidate the exercise of its activities, the VTX Telecom Group opened up its capital in summer ‘99 to two important European investment funds: Iris Capital (ex Part’Com) from France and Kiwi from Italy; the latter withdrew in 2011 after the fund closed.

In July 2005, VTX Telecom group further opened up its capital to strategic investors. UFG-Siparex joined the list of shareholders to enhance VTX Telecom’s development capacity and allow VTX Telecom to prepare for opening up the last mile.
