Following the announcement, beginning of the week, of an impending agreement, the provider VTX Telecom has signed the take-over of the Swiss branch of the Italian Tiscali Group. This company manages a portfolio of more than 40’000 subscribers all over Switzerland and disposes of a complete Voice and Internet infrastructure.
